        <source>Die im Norden Perus geplante homöopathische Modellklinik, die Clínica „Sirius”, ist als Zentrum für homöopathische Behandlung auf höchstem Niveau sowie für Forschung und Ausbildung gedacht. Sie soll der Verbreitung dieser sehr sanften, effektiven und humanen Heilmethode in Peru dienen und langfristig einer kostengünstigen Gesundheitsversorgung der unterversorgten Bevölkerung Vorschub leisten. Die Errichtung der Klinik, die den höchsten internationalen Ansprüchen genügen wird und sich an Patienten aus dem In- und Ausland wendet, wird von der Fundacion Brandt gefördert.

Die Homöopathie ist als Heilmethode der Schulmedizin weit überlegen, sie heilt ohne schädliche Nebenwirkungen zu wesentlich geringeren Kosten. Aus diesen Gründen konnte sich die Homöopathie, besonders in bevölkerungsreichen und ärmeren Ländern wie Indien, zu einer staatlich geförderten Volksmedizin  entwickeln.

Hinsichtlich der Diagnoseverfahren wird mit der Regulationsthermographie eine absolut unschädliche, ultramoderne und weltweit führende Funktionsdiagnostik angeboten, die eine komplette vorbeugende Untersuchung ermöglicht und Krankheiten im Entstehen, schon Jahre vor ihrer Manifestierung, erkennen kann. Die Thermographie dient ebenfalls der objektiven und reproduzierbaren Verlaufsdiagnostik des Heilungsprozesses.

Es gibt eine umfangreiche Vorplanung für das bereits erworbene Klinikgelände von ca. 50 ha, sowie eine Bibliothek mit über 1500 homöopathischen Fachbüchern und modernster medizinischer Software. Dieses Projekt ist in einem Land der Dritten Welt sicher einmalig und beispielgebend und wird unter anderem von dem deutschen homöopathischen Arzt Dr. Wolfgang Forker betreut, der seit 7 Jahren eine homöopathische Praxis vor Ort leitet.</source>
